Material:
100% Swedish stainless steel, known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and timeless appearance. Recyclable, non-toxic, and uncoated to age naturally and beautifully.

Before first use, we recommend applying a thin layer of olive oil or food-safe mineral oil. This helps protect the surface against acidic stains (like lemon or vinegar), fingerprints, and water spots — while enhancing the natural luster of the brushed steel.

How to:
Use a soft cloth to apply a small amount of oil in the direction of the grain. Let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe off any excess with a clean, dry cloth.

Avoid:
– Citric acid, lemon, vinegar and other acidic ingredients — these can stain untreated steel. Rinse and dry immediately if contact occurs.
– Abrasive cleaners, bleach, or scouring pads.

Best practice:
- Clean shortly after use
- Store dry and flat
- Refresh the surface occasionally with a drop of
olive or mineral oil
- Let a natural patina form over time
