    General Terms and Conditions

    By shopping with us at Moshi Studios AB, you agree to our terms of purchase. Therefore, it is important that you read through the terms carefully before completing your purchase on or through our interior design services. To shop, you need to accept our terms of purchase and consent to Moshi Studios AB processing and storing your personal data. By completing the purchase, you accept our terms of purchase. Moshi Studios AB reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions.

    Purchase Agreement

    A purchase agreement is made between you as a customer (customer) and Moshi Studios AB (merchant) when you have completed a purchase and an order confirmation has been sent to the specified email address. The order confirmation means that we have approved the purchase and that a binding purchase agreement has been established. The order is associated with a payment obligation.

    To place an order on or through our interior designers, you must be 18 years old.

    The prices shown on our website are current and include VAT within the EU. The prices are shown with an average VAT rate and updated with the correct VAT rate for your country at checkout. VAT is included in the total cost shown at checkout. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. Price changes can occur at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added at checkout before completing your purchase. For orders outside the EU, taxes and fees may apply.



    Payment is charged as soon as you complete your order at checkout.

    We currently offer credit/debit card payment for VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Shopify Payments.
    Invoice, Installment, and Direct Payment in certain markets via Klarna.

    Order Confirmation

    When you have ordered your goods, a confirmation is sent to the email address you provided at purchase, confirming that we have received your order. This order confirmation also serves as your receipt. Save this for any contact with us.


    Delivery Times

    Please note that the delivery times we communicate on our website are estimates and may therefore change. Delivery times may also vary throughout the year and differ between products and brands. We reserve the right for any delays in production from suppliers or delays with shippers. These are circumstances we cannot control. However, we always strive for you as a customer to receive your goods within the specified estimated interval.


    Shipping & Delivery

    We use DHL as a shipping partner. Shipping cost is added, depending on which shipping option you choose at the time of order. The available shipping methods vary depending on how bulky your order is and where you are located. When goods leave us, an email will be sent with a tracking number for the goods sent to you. You may also receive tracking information from our shipping partner.


    Transport Damage

    We are responsible for damage that occurs during transport or delivery to you as a customer. When you receive your delivery, it is your responsibility as a customer to inspect if the package is damaged before signing the delivery note. Always inspect your shipment carefully immediately upon delivery. Inspect the outer and inner packaging and boxes or other packaging the goods came in. If the package or your item is damaged, this should be noted directly on the delivery note and documented with a picture and text.

    If you receive a delivery with any damage to the packaging or item, it is important that you immediately document this in writing and with pictures. Take a picture of the outer and inner packaging, the accompanying shipping note from the carrier, and the item you received. Describe your case and send the pictures via email to within 24 hours of receiving the item. This helps us handle your case faster. Keep the original packaging the item came in. The product must not be used until further notice.


    Unclaimed Package and Receiving Delivery

    You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring there is a recipient who can sign for the delivery at the agreed delivery time. If you are not available to receive the delivery, it incurs costs for us, which we reserve the right to charge you for. For example, if you as a customer have not picked up your shipment from the collection point despite reminders, have not been available to receive the delivery or be reached at the given phone number, have provided incorrect details of name, address, or contact information, or if you have refused to accept the delivery.

    Your package is usually held for 7 days at the postal agent before being returned to us. Moshi Studios AB is not responsible for left packages at postal agents. For unclaimed packages returned to us, you will be charged a fee of 195 SEK for smaller packages and 595 SEK for large or bulky packages that the carrier charges us in turn. The fee is automatically deducted from your refund. If your item is not covered by the right of withdrawal and has not been approved for return by us, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt of your item.


    Customs Duties

    It is the customer's responsibility to pay fees and any taxes and customs declarations for orders to countries outside the EU. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees.


    Right of Withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal only applies to stock items and does not apply if an item is a custom order or made to measure for you. According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from when you received your goods. The right of withdrawal is provided that your item is not specially ordered specifically for you or that you have used/assembled the product; more about exceptions from the right of withdrawal can be read a bit further down.

    The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not businesses. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in unchanged condition and in undamaged original packaging along with the packaging it came in. The item must not have been used. Therefore, it is important that you open your package carefully so that neither the packaging nor the item is damaged. In cases where the item is sealed, it must be unbroken, and the item must not have been assembled.


    Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal

    Exceptions from the right of withdrawal apply if your item is a custom order or made to measure, meaning it is specially ordered specifically for you and/or produced according to your specific requirements. If your item is defined as "made to measure" or "custom order," it means by definition that it is specially ordered and produced based on your order. All items referred to as "made to measure" or "custom order" are therefore not covered by open purchase or the right to exchange.


    Canceling a Purchase of a Custom-Made Item

    If you wish to cancel an already completed purchase of a custom-made item, we will of course help you cancel your purchase to the extent possible. This should be done within 24 hours of the order to ensure we have not forwarded your special order to the supplier. In some exceptional cases, it may be possible to cancel the purchase even after 24 hours, but only on the condition that we, in turn, can cancel the purchase with the supplier, which there are no guarantees for. If it incurs costs for us to cancel after the item has started production, we reserve the right to deduct this from the refunded amount, e.g., by retaining all or part of the paid deposit.

    We do not guarantee delivery times. The fact that the delivery took longer than estimated is generally not an acceptable reason to cancel a purchase.


    Exchanging Items

    Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item purchased on If you want to exchange an item, you must return your item and order a new item.



    If you wish to return a package, please contact us at to receive a return label and delivery note sent to you via email along with further instructions on how to proceed with booking the collection. You print the delivery note and place it in the package with the item, and the return label should be taped outside the package. Of course, it still applies that your item must be covered by the right of withdrawal in accordance with our terms of purchase.

    For smaller shipments where the package weighs a maximum of 10 kg and/or is a maximum of 150 cm long on any side, we charge a fee of 195 SEK for your return, which is automatically deducted from your refund. For the return of packages where the package weighs over 10 kg or is over 150 cm long on any side, we charge a fee of 595 SEK, which is automatically deducted from your refund. The return shipment is booked to the same address as the delivery was made to.

    The item is in the customer's possession until we receive the return; therefore, it is important that the item is not damaged during shipping. The customer bears the financial responsibility if the products are damaged or do not arrive. Therefore, package your item carefully. We recommend sending trackable packages for your safety.

    If you cancel a purchase, we will refund the same amount you paid for the item minus any return costs mentioned above. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the day you send back your item until the refund is made. Moshi Studios AB reserves the right to wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have proven that the item has been sent back to us. The refund is made via the same payment option used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

    If it turns out when we receive the item that its value has decreased due to you using or handling it more than necessary to determine its characteristics and function, we have the right to make a deduction from the refund amount.

    If you have used the invoice or installment payment option through Klarna, it is important that you pay the invoice to avoid any reminder fees. The amount will be refunded once we have received and registered the return at our warehouse.


    In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932), you as a customer have the right to complain about manufacturing defects (hidden defects) within 3 years from the time you received the item. The right to complain applies to original defects, not defects arising from careless handling, misuse, wear, or failure to follow care instructions.

    Complaints of visible defects need to be made immediately when you discover the defect or within a reasonable time. Within 2 months of delivery is always considered a reasonable time. Moshi Studios AB is not responsible for defects in the item that have occurred due to careless handling or failure to follow care instructions. Packaging should be saved and documented.

    For custom-made curtains, a difference of more than 1% from your specified measurement is a valid complaint. This does not apply to curtains made of natural materials. Fabrics made of natural materials are affected by humidity and temperature. This means the length of the curtain may vary due to these factors because of the fiber's natural characteristics.

    Force Majeure

    We will always do everything in our power to ensure you receive your item. Moshi Studios AB cannot be held responsible for delays due to extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control, which we could not reasonably foresee or overcome without economic losses. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, riots, blockades, interventions by public authorities, fires, explosions, boycotts, and other force majeure-like circumstances affecting delays with suppliers and/or delivery.


    Moshi Studios AB reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders suspected of being carried out fraudulently or in another harmful way to ensure the safety of our consumers' transactions. We also reserve the right to forward transaction information if requested to official authorities or payment partners in case of suspected fraudulent transactions or identity theft.

    We value honesty and transparency in everything we do. It is important that you feel confident that we handle your personal data with the utmost care and respect. We value the protection of personal data and comply with applicable data protection legislation (EU) 2016/279 as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
