    1.1 Purpose: Managing Purchases/Orders

    We use Shopify as the e-commerce platform for our online store. We use Klarna and Shopify Payments for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay as partners for payments. We use DHL as the shipping provider.

    To fulfill your order, these companies will process your personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions.

    • Analyzing the results of newsletters to see who opened the email and who clicked on links

    The processing is necessary to meet our and our subscribers' legitimate interest, who have given consent to receive newsletters, in receiving offers and information in email mailings.

    2. Who Has Access to Your Personal Data?

    2.1 Shopify

    We share your personal data with our e-commerce platform Shopify and the payment solution Shopify Payments.

    2.2 Klarna

    We share your personal data with Klarna via the Shopify Payments plugin to handle payments. Klarna uses the personal data to check your creditworthiness for invoice payments and installment plans.

    2.3 Google

    The data we share with Google includes your IP address and your behavior on our website. This data is used at an aggregated level for analysis to improve our service and user experience on our website via Google Analytics and Google Ads platform. To display content that suits your interests, we share your interactions along with certain anonymized personal data, such as an encrypted email address or device ID, with Google's Ads platform and Google Analytics 4. This may result in encrypted personal data being forwarded to and stored on Google's servers outside Europe.

    2.4 Shopify Mail

    We share your personal data with Shopify Mail to send email newsletters to you as a subscriber. Your personal data may therefore be forwarded to, and stored on, Shopify's servers outside the EU.

    Newsletters sent out with Shopify Mail contain so-called web beacons that allow us to collect information about when you opened the email, your IP address, your browser, and/or email client, and other similar details. These help us measure the campaign's results to see who has opened the newsletters and who has clicked on links in the content. Shopify Mail uses this information to create reports on the newsletters' results and the actions our subscribers took. These reports are also available to Shopify Mail, which may collect and review this information.

    2.5 Meta

    We share your personal data with Meta at an aggregated level for analysis and at an individual level for personalized and relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram through Facebook Pixel. To display content that suits your interests, we share interactions along with certain anonymized personal data that you provide on our website, such as an encrypted email address or device ID, with third parties, such as ad platforms and social networks. By sharing your data with Meta, encrypted personal data may be stored on servers outside Europe.

    2.6 Pinterest

    We share your personal data with Pinterest at an aggregated level for analysis and at an individual level for personalized and relevant ads. To display content that suits your interests, we share interactions along with certain anonymized personal data that you provide on our website, such as an encrypted email address or device ID. By sharing your data with Pinterest, encrypted personal data may be stored on some of Pinterest's servers outside Europe.
